Platform Responsibility

RavenAxe is a technology platform. That's it. We provide the tools—you decide how to use them.

We are not responsible for what users post, message, buy, sell, or say to each other. We don't control your interactions. We don't approve your deals. We don't vet your conversations.

Every user acts independently and at their own risk. If something goes wrong between you and another user, that's between you and them—not us.

No Duty to Monitor

RavenAxe does not monitor content. We don't read your messages. We don't review your posts before they go up. We don't police conversations.

We have no obligation to watch over disputes, arguments, or drama between users or groups. If you have a problem with someone, block them. Mute them. Leave the group. Handle it yourself.

We built tools for you to control your own experience. Use them.

Lawful Use Only

This platform is for lawful purposes only. Illegal activity is prohibited—full stop.

If you break the law using RavenAxe, that's on you. Not us. You're responsible for your own actions.

RavenAxe will comply with valid court orders, warrants, and subpoenas when legally required. We don't share data voluntarily. We don't hand things over to anyone who asks nicely. If the law compels it, we comply. Otherwise, your business is your business.

Marketplace

RavenAxe is not a broker, dealer, or intermediary. We don't verify goods, services, sellers, or buyers. We don't inspect bikes. We don't confirm titles. We don't guarantee anything about marketplace listings.

Buyers and sellers assume all risk. If you buy a lemon, that's your problem. If you sell to someone who flakes, that's your problem. Do your due diligence.

Compliance with local laws—titles, registrations, sales tax, whatever applies in your area—is entirely your responsibility.

Clubs & Groups

Clubs run themselves. RavenAxe provides tools for organizing—membership, rides, communication. What clubs do with those tools is their call.

We don't get involved in internal club politics. We don't pick sides. We don't tell clubs who to let in or kick out. That's club business, not platform business.

We don't disclose membership numbers, rosters, or internal hierarchy to anyone outside the club. Your crew stays your crew.

Founder Authority

Only the founder can suspend or delete accounts at the platform level. No one else.

Platform-level action is reserved for legal reasons, operational necessity, or security threats. That's it. No politics. No personal vendettas. No taking sides.

There is no favoritism between clubs or groups. Every rider on this platform gets treated the same.

Governing Law

Arizona law governs all disputes related to RavenAxe. Venue is Arizona.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. No class actions. You bring your claim, I bring mine—individually.

RavenAxe is for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Platform Identity

RavenAxe is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Facebook, Meta, X, TikTok, Instagram, or any other social network.

Any perceived similarity to other platforms doesn't create ownership, endorsement, or affiliation. RavenAxe is its own thing—built for riders, by a rider.
