What the Marketplace Is
The RavenAxe Marketplace is a peer-to-peer listing space. That's it.
RavenAxe does not sell anything. We don't broker deals. We don't inspect items. We don't verify sellers. We don't endorse listings. We provide the space—you do the rest.
User-to-User Transactions
Every sale, trade, meetup, and conversation happens between users. Not us.
RavenAxe is not a party to any transaction. When you buy from someone or sell to someone, that's a deal between the two of you. We're not involved.
No Warranties, No Guarantees
Everything listed is "as-is." Full stop.
RavenAxe makes no guarantees about quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any item. We don't know if that bike runs. We don't know if those parts fit. We don't know if that jacket is legit. Do your own homework.
Firearms, Cannabis, and Legal Goods
Items that are legal in your jurisdiction can be listed. That includes firearms, cannabis, and other regulated goods—where lawful.
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. What's legal in Arizona isn't legal everywhere. What's legal in Canada isn't legal in Texas. Know your laws before you list or buy.
RavenAxe does not verify legality or eligibility. We don't check licenses. We don't confirm permits. That's on you.
Illegal Use Prohibited
The marketplace cannot be used for illegal activity. Period.
RavenAxe does not actively monitor listings unless legally required to do so. If you break the law, that's your problem—not ours.
Law Enforcement
RavenAxe complies with valid legal orders. Court orders. Warrants. Subpoenas. That's it.
No proactive surveillance. No voluntary sharing. When legally compelled, we provide the minimum required—nothing more.
Disputes
If you have a problem with a buyer or seller, work it out between yourselves.
RavenAxe does not mediate. We don't arbitrate. We don't enforce outcomes. Disputes are between the parties involved—not us.
Limitation of Liability
RavenAxe, its founder, and its operators are not liable for anything that happens in the marketplace.
That includes:
- • Loss of any kind
- • Injury
- • Arrest
- • Property damage
- • Financial loss
- • Any third-party actions
You use the marketplace at your own risk. Period.
