SMS & Email Opt-In/Out

This page explains how RavenAxe sends optional SMS messages and emails, how you opt in, and how you opt out at any time.

What you might receive

  • • Account and security messages (example: password reset, sign-in alerts)
  • • Product updates you choose to receive (example: new features, announcements)
  • • Ride and community alerts you choose to receive (example: RSVP reminders, important notices)

Some messages are essential for account access and security. Marketing and community alerts are optional and require your opt-in.

SMS (text messages)

Opting in

You only receive RavenAxe SMS messages when you explicitly opt in (for example, by enabling text alerts in your settings or by submitting a form that clearly requests SMS updates).

Opting out

You can opt out of non-essential SMS messages at any time:

  • • Reply STOP to any RavenAxe text message
  • • Or email support@ravenaxe.com and request SMS opt-out

After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Message frequency varies.

Email

Opting in

You may receive essential account emails (security and access). Optional emails (updates, announcements, and community notices) are only sent if you opt in.

Opting out

You can opt out of optional emails at any time:

  • • Use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email
  • • Or email support@ravenaxe.com and request email opt-out

Important account/security emails may still be sent when needed (example: password reset).

Your control

You control what communications you receive. RavenAxe does not sell your contact information. Preference changes may take a short time to process.
